ABOUT US

80s Rushmore (003).png

Over the past 44 years Shebby Lee Tours has developed a reputation for providing quality tour programs that provide more than just a scenic overview of an area.  Our tour directors are trained to provide the insights to the sights:  Who lived here first?  Why did they disappear?  Is the wildlife of this area endangered?  Why is Lake Powell so low?  They also encourage enlightening discussions among participants so that everyone comes away from their travel experience with a deeper appreciation of what they have just seen and explored.

Specializing in the historic and cultural heritage of the Great American West since 1978,  the company is a member of ABA (the American Bus Association) and a founding partner in the Travel Alliance Partners (TAP). Our staff is always on the hunt for tour components that will enhance these unique experiences for our clients.

SALLY BELL – TOUR DIRECTOR

A native of Illinois, Sally Bell is now a resident of Ogden, UT, after having lived in Rio Rancho, NM, a suburb of Albuquerque for many years.  She credits her mother with instilling in her a love of travel, stemming from one memorable family vacation from Chicago to Santa Monica along Route 66. Sally has a degree in history, and began her career manning a computer at AAA, but soon took over the group department, which led to a 30 year career as a Tour Director and travel planner.

Sally likes to know and discover why people do what they do and that curiosity has served her well in her work as a tour operations manager and travel director. She is continually conducting research – both in libraries and in the field – and loves sharing her knowledge of the Western United States with people from all over our country.
