DAY # 1 - ARRIVALS
Airport transfers are provided from Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix to our hotel in Tempe. Enjoy a festive welcome dinner with your fellow vacationers. (D)

DAY # 2 - CITY TOUR, HEARD MUSEUM, CASA GRANDE
We’ll begin our visit to the Valley of the Sun with a half-day get acquainted city tour. The highlight of today’s tour is the world-renowned Heard Museum which contains one of the Southwest’s finest collections of Native American art and history. The museum chronicles 15,000 years of the rich cultural heritage of the peoples of this area. The museum’s gallery shop contains an excellent selection of books, posters, graphics and sculpture. We’ll also stop at Casa Grande Ruins National Monument. The combination dwelling (four stories) , ceremonial site, lookout tower and astronomical observatory exemplify the peak in Hohokam Indian architectural development. Afternoon: free for optional activities. (B)

DAY # 4 - DESERT BOTANICAL GARDEN / DOLLY STEAMBOAT RIDE / DINNER THEATER
This morning will be at leisure. Afternoon activities include a tour of the outstanding Desert Botanical Garden, Dolly Steamboat ride, Desert Palm West dinner theater (B,D)

DAY # 5 - FREE DAY
Today is another free day to fill as you please! Transportation is provided to Old Town Scottsdale for shopping and browsing. Farewell Dinner. (B, D)
